Registrations will be done ONLY by internet, on the event website, up to the date of SEPTEMBER 12, 2020. After that date, registrations may only be made at the registration desk, at the Congress venue. Participants will receive e-mails confirming data and payment;
IN THE DESKTOP, participants registered in the STUDENT category must upload documents confirming their category: student card for the current academic year (front and back) or declaration of enrollment on paper with an Institutional letterhead or proof of payment of current student fees.
The Registration Fee will give students to right to: participation in scientific activities at the Congress, material for the congress and certificate of participation.
The Registration Desk will be open beginning at 2:00 PM on SEPTEMBER 13, 2020 for the pre-registered participants to pick up their materials and for receiving new registrations.

Refund Policy for Cancelling Registration
NOTE: Under no circumstances may there be a transfer of a registration fee to another participant.
For group registrations there will be no refunds under any circumstances;
- Requested by June, 30 2020 – Refund of 50% of the registration free;
- Requested from July, 1 2020 – August, 31 2020 – Refund of 25% of the registration free;
- After Setember, 1st there will be no refunds.
