Abstract submission is closed July 15, 2016


  • Prepare your abstract with your usual word processor.
  • The title must be in one paragraph with a maximum length of 200 characters. Use lower case, except for standard abbreviations.
  • Below the title, the list of authors must be included, with the presenting author underlined, followed by the affiliations 
  • Abstracts should be written in English and the body should have a maximum length of 1500 characters.
  • Avoid using Greek characters or special symbols. Unusual fonts or symbols can appear as improper characters in your final text, please check carefully before submitting.
  • Tables and figures should not be included.
  • You will be asked to select one Presentation Area. This selection is important because it will define the session at which your poster will be displayed.


Read carefully your submission and make sure that there are no improper characters and signs in your text.

No further edition of the abstract will be performed and this version of the abstract will be published in the Abstract Book. Please, keep in mind that authors are responsible for the content and edition of their own abstracts.

You will receive a confirmation of your abstract submission by email within 24h. 

There is no reviewing process for abstract submitted to the Congress. However, the organizers reserve the right to reject an abstract that is incorrectly written, or does not conform to ethical rules or to the scientific scope of the meeting.

Presenting authors have to be registered to the conference.

No more than two abstracts can be presented by the same presenting author.

Presenting authors are allowed to withdraw their abstract by contacting falancongress@gmail.com at any time before October 1, 2016.

Withdrawal of an abstract does not entail refunding of the registration fee.
