GENERAL INFORMATION
- Before submitting the abstract, the registration must be paid up in the system;
- The abstract may be submitted only by the online process, on the website up to the deadline: June, 30/2020
- The Abstract must be submitted in English. Abstracts submitted with numerous spelling and grammar mistakes will be summarily rejected;
- Abstracts may be presented in Oral or Poster form; however, the final decision regarding the manner of presentation by the evaluating commission shall be considered paramount and the decision of the evaluator will be informed to the author who submitted the work by e-mail;
- The abstract must contain the title in English, followed by the names of the authors, identification of the Department (abbreviation), Institution (abbreviation) and State (initials) where the work was performed;
- The abstract must contain no fewer than 500 and no more than 5,000 characters, including spaces;
- The abstract must contain: introduction, objectives, methods, results and conclusions;
- Quantitative results will not be accepted without numerical values (number of samples; measure of central tendency (average, median), dispersion values (d.p., e.p., interquartile range) and statistical results; control percentage, etc.…);
- Bibliographical citations must be maintained at a minimum number, and, should it be necessary, mentioned with the name of the periodical abbreviated, volume, initial page and year (e.g.: Brain Res. 472:24,1992);
- When the experiments cited in the aspects involve animals or human beings, the approval number of the Ethics Committee must be included in the abstract. Filling in the approval protocol number from the Ethics Committee related to the research is obligatory;
- The Organizing Committee for the Congress will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation costs or any other costs related to the presentation of the papers approved;
- There will be no refunds of the amounts paid for registration in the case of withdrawal or absence from the Congress, under any circumstances
